Dry Bar
Dry, or alcohol-free, bars are trending in 2022. More and more event hosts are opting to avoid drunken family drama and other inappropriate guest behavior by offering alcohol-free mocktails or “low-alcohol by volume” cocktails. You’ll get the same stellar service and attention to your event from us whether you decide to booze it up or keep it dry.
Popcorn Machine
Our popcorn machine is one of our favorite a la carte options for kids’ party snacks, a late-night wedding reception pick-me-up, or a movie or carnival themed event of any kind. One thing we’ve learned? Adults love our popcorn machine just as much as kids do.
Appetizer Bar
Take advantage of our food storage, servers, and beautiful live-edge bar top to serve appetizers or cocktail hour bites from our trailer. Our bartenders can serve guests individually, or we can arrange a charcuterie board for guests to choose from as they visit the bar for drinks.
Dessert Bar
Dessert bars are still big for weddings and parties, since they’re a photographer’s dream and double as a delicious focal point. We can display and serve small bites like cookies, mini pies, and mini cakes, or use Pearl to display your donut or cupcake bar. Ice cream bars are always popular during Colorado summers!
Kids’ Drinks
We don’t just serve adults. Book On the Rocks for your event with kids, and our bartenders will make the littlest guests feel special when they serve cold juices, soda, and even ice cream treats. Why not have a flavored lemonade bar, or Shirley Temples for a sophisticated kids’ party? Use your own imagination, or even ask the kids for their input.
Kombucha
Kombucha is a popular non-alcoholic choice that can be served right out of our taps. Four taps means you can serve four flavors, or any other beverage you’d like.

Our slushy margarita machine is a great way for grown-ups to cool off when the weather is warm. And if you ask us, margs go with any event!
Cotton Candy Machine

We stay busy during the winter, and it can get pretty cold here in Colorado. Our hot beverage service is ideal for winter weddings, corporate events, and parties. Hot chocolate and coffee are staples, but if you can dream up something else, we can serve it!
